I’ve had some email problems over the past few weeks. If you’ve sent email to me or anyone @erdelynet.com (or Chris’s domain), don’t think you were ignored. It was my fault. Please re-send your email.
I was experimenting with some different firewall rules. I had configured my firewall to scrub
traffic from the Internet. But, due to the fact that I was experimenting with bridging my public interface with my DMZ interface, it prevented traffic from connecting to my server.
I eventually disabled the bridge and started NATing my web/mail server with a private IP address (re-instituting the scrub rules I have been previously familiar with). So, now @erdelynet.com and Chris’s domain should be fully accessible again.
