The ssh@erdelynet.com mailing list is now closed. Most of the discussions cover running SSH on Windows using Cygwin (or a Cygwin derivative) and I don’t use those anymore (I haven’t for over 8 years). So, I recommend using the lists specific to the SSH implementation you’re using.
