NTFS Permissions not working

OK. So the only way I was able to get sftp working on my Windows SBS 2003
box was to make the user a server operator (if you know of a better, more
secure group that will still allow sftp access, feel free to email me),
however, even with deny ntfs permission to the group or the user I can still
log in to sftp and then work my way around the whole file system. I put had
DENY permissions on the folder one up in the tree from the home folder and
allowed the user to the home folder, but the user can easily navigate up the
tree to the root of the drive.

Any suggestions?

Eliot
