I think what LQ Marshall is suggesting is that if the config files are
used to define the information, then it might be overriding the registry
based settings.

Yes, I restarted the service every time.
Is there such an option in the config file which would override the
registry setting? In any event, I'm still using the original config
file, no changes there yet.
