problems installing copssh on win2k3

Hello:

I have been attempting to install copSSH on a Windows 2003 server to enable SFTP access for Domain users. I am currently attempting ot install copSSH 1.4.2 but am encountering an error:

"copSSH setup has encountered an error and can not continue. Check Details log for a possible explination. Yu can then roll back the installation by running 'D:\Program Files\copSSH\uninstall.exe"

On checking the Details i see the following:

This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL.

Search for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Start->Find/Search facility

and delete all but the most recent version. The most recent version *should*

reside in x:\cygwin\bin, where 'x' is the drive on which you have

installed the cygwin distribution. Rebooting is also suggested if you

are unable to find another cygwin DLL.

Generate host keys - RSA

      7 [main] ? (7300) d:\Program Files\copSSH\bin\ssh-keygen.exe: *** fatal error - system shared memory version mismatch detected - 0x75BE0074/0x2D1E009C.

This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL.

Search for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Start->Find/Search facility

Generate sshd account

Creating service

Basic parameters:

  Installation directory: d:\Program Files\copSSH

  Service name: copSSHD

  Service account: SvcCOPSSH

  Privilege separation user: sshd

  Administrators group: Administrators

  Users group: Users

Service account password is Gg8Cr-nJ*eG5

Set permissions

Grant service account necessary rights and permissions

Start sshd service

Trouble during service start : Error code is 1053

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Any ideas?
