It was going to be my next move, but I wanted to save my honour and put this
working.

Thanks,

Luis Monge.

Have you tried cygwin with SSH?

Hi all!

I have disabled all my firewalls and I still got no luck.
If I make "net stop opensshd ; net start opensshd" it works for a while, but

then I can't connect again.
The opensshd dies suddenly a lot.
I have much of this on my OpenSSHd.log:

---------------------------
     15 [main] sshd 236 fork_copy: linked dll data/bss pass 0 failed,
0x45F000..0x45F050, done 0, windows pid 1372, Win32 error 487
     15 [main] sshd 916 fork_copy: linked dll data/bss pass 0 failed,
0x45F000..0x45F050, done 0, windows pid 956, Win32 error 487
---------------------------

My config file is unchanged.

Please help!

Thanks,
Luis Monge.

So is the firewall actively shutting down the service or just blocking
incoming connections?

Have you tried connecting from the localhost (ssh from the machine to
itself) to make sure the service is functioning properly?

Lastly, if you determine it is a firewall issue you shoudl just be able
to put in an exception for port 22.
