Help needed for "Cannot get PDC, code = 2453" error message.

Hello Everyone,

I need a help regarding the openSSH server installed on windows XP. As soon
as i try to create a group with th command
mkgroup -d >> ..\etc\group
it gives the following error
"Cannot get PDC, code = 2453"

The problem is i am trying to use sftp to upload and download files and is
not working.
when i installed the same openssh on windows server 2000 operating system it
works fine.

I dont understand the problem at all. Please help me in this regard
