By "openssh service" can we assume that you installed the "OpenSSH for
Windows" package that is several years old (from
http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net/)? Or did you install Cygwin? Or did
you install CopSSH? Or something else?

Was it working before and it stopped or did it never work?
