FWIW, I'm not running SSH through port 22 but do run it through a router
and the local Zonealarm firewall using WinSCP. FTP runs a lot faster
(over port 21) than SFTP through WinSCP. I believe the speed does slow
down due to all the overhead of encryption/decryption. 150kbps seems
similar to my results as I was also disappointed with the rate...
