run program on Win XP in ssh

Hi again!

I have a second problem. Not to fun at all. Well the thing is this: When i
log on to the ssh on my Win XP i can't run any program. I can use the
comande cd to get to the right place and i can use the comand dir to se the
.exe file I want to use. But then when I try to run it it say "command not
found". But I see the file right there.

Help anyone?
