OpenSSH Service

Hey I just upgraded from 3.5 to the new 3.7 and it removed the OpenSSH
service on my 2000 Server machine and didnt add it back. how can I add the
service back by hand? i looked at cygrunsrv and had it add a service but
when i tried to start the service it added, windows told me that the service
wouldnt start, windows also said there was no real error and it was probably
a windows internal error causing it. that was a first, windows fessing up to
being the problem. ok any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this is a
double post im not sure it went out the first time i sent it.
