It is possible and easy (unless you have the server on a w2003 system, then
it is only possible not easy:-)

I recomend generating the keys in Puttygen and edit the public key file for
the server by hand (eg Emacs) so the format is similar to the key format
generated by OpenSSH (ie removing eols). I tried converting OpenSSH files to
PuTTY format but it was much harder.
