SSH on Win2K

I am running SSHD on a W2K as a service. The service logs starts up in a
user account with administrator priv.
Everything appears to work fine. Except in one instance when I attempt to
invoke a batch file that runs ANT. ANT does not perform any tasks or return
any output.

Looking into the problem I've discovered that the environment variables that
are setup for the login do not match the environment variables the user
receives when logging into W2K. I can't seem to find where these values are
coming from.

Any ideas?
