Subject: Loopback on XP Pro with Terminal Services

I have an setup an XP Pro PC where I can use vnc and type localhost:1 as
discussed in many notes here. I can also use Terminal Services, with
SSH
and enter "localhost" as the computer and it will forward correctly to
the
remote machine on port 3389. All works well on this PC (call it PC1).

On another PC with XP Pro ( call it PC2), the the loopback works with
VNC
but *not* with Terminal Server I get the following error: "The client
could
not connect. You are already connected to the console of this computer.
A
new console session cannot be established."

Does anybody know what setting (or registry item) can be set or changed
to
get PC2 to work like PC1?

TIA
Carl
