RE: System Error 193 on Windows 2003 server installing OpenSSH

If you get an error about an invalid Win32 application, that means the
program executable has become corrupt, or was corrupted on download. Try
downloading again and reinstalling.

I got error 193 installing on windows 2003 server. Does any one know how to
solve this? Also it say that this is invalid win32 application. Thanks in
advanced.
