.net install

Quick couple questions here:

Does anyone have it running .net server 2003?
Is the .Net server a DC?
Have you seen any issues keeping it running?

So far I have had no problems on a member server but the minute I start
running it on a DC it freaks out and the install doesn't seem to
completely work. Anyone having similar issues?
