cygrunsrv not found

Hi

I installed and configured cygwin following the document at
http://tech.erdelynet.com/cygwin-sshd.html
Everything works fine except that I can not find cygrunsrv anywhere.
I can not start sshd without this. I tried to search the c drive
but could not find any executable by this name. Or Am I missing
something?
Can anybody help?
