[OpenSSH/cygwin]: let ssh user only access one directory

Hei :)

How can I make it, that a user can only access ONE directory?

What I want to do is, that a user can connect with sftp or ssh and the only
place where he can go is his "home"-dir, which I set to /opensshdir/uploads

how can i manage that???
