[ssh-l] Help please

I have been banging my head against this long enough.

I have successfully installed on 3 different machines (NT, Me, 2000),
but for some reason, I am unable to get it working on my new Win 2000
machine.

I have followed the steps described at this URL:

   http://tech.erdelynet.com/ssh-l.asp

with the exception of the optional step number 5.

When I run "cygrunsrv -S sshd" from the BASH shell, I get the following
error message:

$ cygrunsrv -S sshd
cygrunsrv: Error starting a service: QueryServiceStatus: Win32 error
1062:
The service has not been started.

Any idea what the problem is?
