[ssh-l] Cannot see /cygwin from ssh session

Hey Guys,
    well the subject line says it all really.. I followed the guide on the site and it worked no hassle, I.e. I can login remotely. When I run bash from the cmd window I get a bash session with access to my C:\drive etc. when I run pwd it returns /cgywin/h (my H:\drive). However I can't get to these directories when I login via sshd. Have I done something wrong? Or have I missed something very obvious? Thanks in advance...
