        Does the group number of your user exist in the /etc/group file ?

This is how I could solve the problem: as said in the setup page, I
removed the line
Aucun:S-1-5-21-1935655697-507921405-1957994488-513:513:
in the /etc/group file (Aucun is something like 'None' in French)
And the program could not work (the group of my user in /etc/passwd is 513)

Re-add this line if you removed it and try again...
