Have you rebooted since you set it as a system variable? Doing a net
stop sshd, setting system PATH=%PATH%;d:\cygwin\bin, and then a net
start sshd is NOT sufficient, you actually would need to restart the NT
services manager which AFAIK is impossible without a reboot. If you have
rebooted since you set system path to include d:\cygwin\bin and you get
the same error, then it sounds like you have a problem with your system
path- make sure there are no paths in double-quotes in your path- e.g.
C:\winnt\system32;"c:\Program Files";
Also, you probably shouldn't have "." twice in your path. Generally you
only want one instance of a directory in your path. And do you actually
have a directory called C:\WINNTsystem??? I have one called
C:\WINNT\system, but it is not in my path. And why is
d:\cygwin\usr\local\bin first in your SYSTEM path? Or are you changing
the path for some reason when you start sshd?
