[ssh-l] Which NT permissions are needed to connect?

We have ntsec in the CYGWIN env variable.

Users can not log on to the ssh server unless they are part of the
Administrators group. I figure there must be some way for
non-Administrators to log in.

Something like "Log in as a service" or "Log in as batch" ..

Does anyone know?
